SEPTA/DRPA Standard Sentry Utilization

• When the trailers are not being used for Special Events, they are on full time duty monitoring the rail lines for SEPTA and DRPA where copper theft and incidents of crime had been prevalent – Copper Theft is a national problem especially in the inner cities.

• Specifically a few of the Surveillance Trailers have been positioned in Camden NJ and have successfully alerted and prevented copper theft preventing further incidences over the last year - no events!

• Overall the SEPTA/DRPA units have been utilized for more than 4 yrs fully autonomous and self-sustaining. ROI was recognized in YR1 with continued use for employee, community and critical infrastructure safety and security.

Past Performance – Protecting the Pope

• 6 Sentry Mobile Surveillance Units deployed and utilized during the recent visit of the Pope to Philadelphia.

• Deployed by the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) and Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA) – largest bridge authority in the PA region.

• The Sentry units were positioned at areas where masses of people converged to board and exit public transportation.

• The DRPA closed two major bridges into Philadelphia directing people to either walk into Philly proper, or opt to ride the train crossing the Ben Franklin Bridge and into a subway on the Philly side. The Sentry™ Mobile Command Trailers units were utilized as observation tools in an effort to identify anomalies or suspicious activity.

• The video feeds were viewable from any mobile device on the system and carried by officers and security personnel in the field. The video feeds also reported into the security centers for SEPTA and DRPA, being watched by stationary personnel at those locations
